The Talent Development Leader has the responsibility of partnering with senior business leaders to design and deliver strategies that strengthen leadership capability, enhance workforce skills, and drive organizational effectiveness. This role serves as a trusted advisor, leveraging data-driven insights and expertise in learning and development to align talent initiatives with business goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may also be assigned.
- Drive Enterprise Talent Strategy: Partner with senior leaders to design and implement strategies that build leadership capability, develop critical skills, and support business transformation.
- Lead Organizational Effectiveness: Oversee organizational design, workforce planning, and change management Advance Leadership & Performance: Shape performance management practices, coach executives, and implement leadership development programs to foster a high-performance culture.
- Guide Employee Relations & Risk Management: Provide strategic oversight on complex employee relations matters, investigations, and compliance while promoting inclusion and accountability.
- Leverage Data & Insights: Utilize HR analytics and business metrics to influence executive decisions and measure the impact of talent strategies on business outcomes.
- Collaborate on Rewards & Governance: Partner with Total Rewards and business leaders on competitive compensation strategies, while ensuring compliance and governance standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of progressive HR and talent development experience, including significant leadership and executive-level business partnership responsibilities. - Proven ability to advise and influence senior executives, aligning talent strategies with business objectives in complex, matrixed environments.
Deep knowledge of organizational development, leadership development, workforce planning, and change management principles. - Strong business acumen, executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and ability to use analytics to drive decisions.
Experience leading enterprise-wide talent initiatives or transformations; familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, Workday, or ADP preferred.
