As a Customer Service Intern at Mondelēz International, you will support the team in managing customer orders and ensuring a high level of service. You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Planning teams, gaining insight into how our products reach customers and consumers.
Your responsibilities:
Support the Customer Service team with daily activities and customer orders,
Cooperate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Planning teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment,
Support the resolution of customer queries and order-related issues,
Prepare reports and support data analysis,
Contribute to process improvements and team projects.
What we’re looking for:
University student or recent graduate, interested in Customer Service, Supply Chain or a related area,
Good communication skills in English,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel,
SAP knowledge is a plus,
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn,
Ability to work effectively in an international and collaborative environment.
