Teachers Assistant - Healthcare (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher Assistant to join our client in Saudi Arabia. As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting educators and enhancing the learning environment for students. Your contribution will be essential in fostering student engagement and helping to create a productive classroom atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing effective lesson plans
• Support students in their learning activities, both individually and in groups
• Supervise students during class activities, recess, and transitions
• Prepare classroom materials and resources as directed by the teacher
• Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to the teacher
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
• Uphold school policies and ensure a positive learning experience for all students

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred; High School Diploma with relevant experience will also be considered
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience working as a healthcare facilitator in an educational setting is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in the educational development of students
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment
• Proficient in using basic office software and educational tools
