1, Responsible for yarn station, work labor arrangement according to planning and improve worker’s efficiency; Strick to follow WI , improve quality and reduce waste .

负责绕线生产任务的完成,合理使用人力，提升人员效率；严格执行作业指导,提升良率，降低浪费；

2, Timely deal with issues of production , actively communicate and cooperate with other team leader to ensure smooth production , and report to production supervisor.

及时处理产线异常, 积极与其他班组长沟通协作,确保生产顺利,并上报主管知晓；

3, New staff training, and assist the production supervisor to train multi-skilled workers.

新进人员培训,并协助主管培养多技能工

4, Assist the production supervisor to manage the operator, truthfully provide the daily performance of the operator for performance assessment.

协助主管管理员工,如实提供员工日常表现供班长绩效考核.

5, Complete the work and set a positive example for the team members, abide by the company policy , and behavior consistent with company cultural values .

完成本职工作并为本小组成员树立正向榜样,遵守公司政策,行为符合公司文化价值观.

6, Other works assigned by superior such as improved case 、supporting, multi-skill training etc.

支持和执行上级安排的其它工作如专案改善、支援协助、多技能学习等
