Team Leader - Claim Support

Lead a team that plays a critical role in delivering exceptional claims experiences. As the Claims Support Team Leader, you'll coach and develop a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and ensure customers and clients receive timely, accurate and professional support throughout the claims process.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead & optimise performance: Manage daily operations, resourcing and system workflows to meet KPIs/SLAs and regulatory timelines

  • Coach & develop team: Drive performance through coaching, audits, 1:1s, and structured development plans

  • Deliver customer & client outcomes: Manage escalations and complaints, embed continuous improvement, and ensure client expectations are met

About you

  • Claims expertise: Experienced in claims with strong understanding of compliance and customer outcomes

  • People leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams

  • Stakeholder focus: Strong communicator who builds relationships, manages expectations, and drives collaborative outcomes
