We’re looking for a Team Leader to guide and support a team of Campaign Coordinators as they deliver high-quality creator marketing campaigns that align with client goals and the latest social media trends.
You’ll coach through feedback, 1:1s and everyday presence, run training so the team stays sharp on our processes and systems, and lead weekly meetings that keep everyone focused on delivery.
You’ll spot risks and resource gaps before they become problems, support recruitment with an eye for both skill and culture fit, and help build the kind of trust and team spirit that keeps people around.
You’ll also bring your own ideas for how the wider coordinator department can improve, all in close collaboration with, and reporting to, our Campaign Coordinator Lead.
We think you have experience from a leadership-role, and from influencer marketing or a similar role, and that you’re a natural coach – structured, proactive and solution-oriented, with a genuine interest in helping others grow.
You’re comfortable giving feedback and having the harder conversations, always with care, and you’re fluent in both Swedish and English.
