As we open brand new 7‑Eleven stores, we’re looking for passionate, customer-focused team members to help create a fast-paced food and beverage destination.

With roles available across morning, afternoon, evening and Evening shifts, we offer flexibility to suit your lifestyle, whether it’s your first job or a step in your retail career.

Competative adult hourly rates from $36.85 to $48.07 per hour with higher rates applicable for weekends, public holidays and eligible shifts in accordance with the relevant Award.
Reliable, consistent hours in a brand-new store - Trading hours: 5am - 10pm (Mon-Fri) and 6am -10pm (weekends and public holidays)

What you’ll be doing:
As the welcoming face of our store, you will:
Deliver standout customer service
Keep the store clean, organised and inviting
Create a friendly, safe environment for customers and teammates
Work across afternoons or overnight shifts - whatever suits your availability
What we’re looking for:
You’ll thrive with us if you have:
A positive, reliable and friendly attitude
A genuine passion for customer service
Confidence working both independently and within a team
Strong multi-tasking skills — this role requires juggling customer service, cleaning, merchandising and supporting store operations simultaneously
Experience in retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles (helpful, but not essential - we will train you!)
Flexibility to work in Morning, Afternoon and Evening shifts
