Team Mgr, Banking Operations Compliance

As a Team Manager, Bank Operations Compliance, you will lead and support a team responsible for monitoring compliance, operational quality, and regulatory adherence across Inclusive Banking. You will provide branch leadership teams with the tools, insights, and guidance needed to support consistent delivery of quality service, advice, and compliance outcomes. This role plays a key part in identifying process improvements, monitoring operational risks, and ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are maintained across the organization. We are seeking a collaborative and people-focused leader with strong compliance, operational, and coaching expertise who can drive continuous improvement and build highly engaged teams.
