JOB TITLE: Technical Content Writer
PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
SSI is a global digital solutions partner delivering AI, software development, cloud, data & analytics, and Industry 4.0 solutions. We're looking for a Technical Content Writer to own case studies, use cases, and website content, while also shaping the creative side of our brand voice — newsletters, video concepts, and social content. This role sits at the intersection of business storytelling and creative writing: one week you're translating a delivery team's technical work into a client outcome story, the next you're writing a video hook or a newsletter that makes AI and enterprise tech sound human.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write and maintain case studies and use cases that translate technical delivery work into clear business-outcome stories, across industries (fintech, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, supply chain)
- Own website content: service pages, industry pages, and solution content, keeping messaging accurate and consistent with SSI's positioning
- Write and concept creative content formats; newsletters, video scripts and concepts, campaign ideas that extend SSI's story beyond case studies and web copy
- Support social media content (primarily LinkedIn), aligning tone and messaging with brand voice
- Maintain a consistent brand tone across all content; technical, creative, and social; working from established style guidelines
- Apply content strategy and SEO principles to improve discoverability and structure of published content
- Optimize existing content based on performance and search data
- Collaborate with SMEs, delivery teams, and design to gather input and turn technical work into audience-ready content, in whatever format best fits the story
- Follow structured editorial workflows, including tracked-changes review and fact-checking against verified sources
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2–4 years of proven experience in content, technical, or creative writing; B2B tech, agency, media, or IT services backgrounds all welcome
- Strong writing and editing skills, with range across formats: long-form (case studies, web copy) and short-form (social, newsletter, video concepts)
- Able to simplify complex technical delivery work for business audiences without losing the substance
- Working knowledge of content strategy, SEO, and content optimization
- Experience writing case studies, use cases, or similar outcome-driven content
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and review cycles
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience writing for multiple industries (not tied to one tech stack)
- Video script or concept writing experience (reels, explainers, brand films)
- Newsletter writing experience
- Familiarity with website CMS content entry
- Exposure to social media content calendars and LinkedIn content
- Agency or content studio background
