What We're Looking For:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test suites for SDKs and Tools, incorporating both manual and automated testing.Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test suites for SDKs and Tools, incorporating both manual and automated testing.
1. Requirements & Test Case Design
• Analyze Early: Partner proactively with system architects, product managers, and developers to analyze system specifications and uncover hidden edge cases before code development begins.
• Behavior-Driven Design: Translate complex system requirements into robust, high-coverage manual and automated test scenarios, ensuring both happy-path and edge-case coverage.
• Traceability: Map system requirements directly to automated test suites to maintain a comprehensive traceability matrix and ensure 100% test coverage.
2. Automation & Execution
• Automation-First: Design, write, and scale clean, reusable automated test frameworks utilizing Selenium or Playwright.
• CI/CD Integration: Integrate test suites directly into automated continuous integration
3. Root Cause Analysis & Quality Assurance
• Deep Diagnostics: Isolate, diagnose, and troubleshoot moderately complex SDK/Software Tools defects by meticulously analyzing log files, system data, and overall system behavior.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Document test results in automated dashboards to accurately track product stability, testing progress, and overall release readiness.
4. Ownership, Scope & Team Dynamics
• Proactive Ownership: Take independent initiative on recurring test assignments and feature validations, utilizing supervisor guidance primarily on complex new projects or architectural shifts.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest process enhancements and new tooling integrations to optimize test execution speed, coverage, and overall team efficiency.
5. Key Skills & Experience
• Coding Foundations: Strong proficiency in Selenium or Playwright to manage/automate test cases.
