Technical P2 Trainee

A Technical Trainee Level 2 is a mid-level foundational role. It acts as a bridge between a beginner learner and a fully qualified artisan or technician. The purpose of this role is to build practical, hands-on capabilities by applying theoretical knowledge to day-to-day operations under supervision.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Structured in-service P2 training
• Hands-on workplace experience at a Tiger Brands site
• Exposure to a real, fast-paced working environment
• Mentorship

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Be a South African citizen
• Be between 18 and 29 years old
• Must have completed Grade 12 or N3
• Completed S4 and P1 Training with a minimum overall average of 65%
• Have Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum average of 65%)
• Have no more than 2 - 3 years’ work experience
• Have basic computer skills
• Be motivated, reliable, and willing to learn
• Live within daily commuting distance of the training/work site
