To strengthen our team at NAUE, we are looking for consulting engineers and technicians with expertise in geosynthetics (m/f). With the help of NAUE’s solutions and services, you will gradually build new contacts and customer relationships.
- Marketing our products and services as part of customized solutions in Romania
- Supporting existing customers and acquiring new ones
- Following up on leads
- Providing technical advice to designers and consultants and/or public institutions on the selection and use of our geosynthetics (exclusively in the fields of infrastructure)
- Building trusting relationships with designers and consultants for infrastructure projects.
- Addressing key customer needs and requirements
- Maintaining communication between the customer and internal teams
- Resolving customer technical questions and issues, to maintain a relationship of trust
- Playing a key role in generating projects that leads to long-term relationships and colaborations.
- Preparing regular reports on progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key performance indicators from major accounts
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in business management, sales management, can be an advantage
- Fluency in Romanian; a second language (English) is mandatory
- Proficiency in customer management tools
- Willingness to travel for several days at a time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with professionals at all hierarchical levels
