Role Overview
We are hiringa hands■on Technical ProjectManager who has transitioned from a Developer role into TPM and has strong exposure to Product Engineering (PE). The ideal candidate understands engineering fundamentals, manages cross-functional teams effectively, and ensures smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans
- Translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans
- Manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Lead client communication, sprint ceremonies, and status reviews
- Proactively identify risks and mitigation plans
- Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams
- Allocate tasks, track progress, and unblock teams
- Maintain delivery discipline without micromanagement
- Implement Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery processes
- Maintain project documentation and delivery KPIs
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience as a TPM in an IT servicescompany (50–200 employees preferred)
- Prior experience as a Developer (mandatory)
- Strong technical familiarity with Python and React (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of Product Engineering (PE)
- Strong grasp of SDLC and engineering practices
- Experience delivering Agile/Scrum projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience working with global clients (US/EU preferred)
- Hands■on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
- Knowledge of Data &AI is a bonus; preference will be givento candidates who have worked with firms focused on Data & AI.

- Understanding of APIs, cloud, DevOps, or data projects
- Experience in fast■paced or startup environments
- PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications
- Experience managing distributed teams
