We're looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist to turn clinical requirements into working digital pathways. This is a hands-on, client-centric role for someone who can move fluidly between a client's clinical workflow, a delivery team's project plan, and the technical realities of our platform.
You'll own the design and setup of standard and bespoke integrations, and you'll be the person who takes a clinical pathway requirement and architects it into Isla's digital pathways using our advanced nodes infrastructure. You'll work daily with client delivery, product, and engineering teams, and you'll be the voice of the client inside Isla, framed by our tech stack’s capabilities.
This is not a software engineering role. You won't spend your day building product features or writing production code. Instead, you'll become an expert in Isla's platform and use that knowledge to configure solutions, work with structured data and integrations, troubleshoot technical problems, and translate real clinical workflows into effective digital pathways.
One day you might be working with a NHS or HSE team to understand how data needs to flow between their systems and Isla; the next, configuring a complex clinical pathway, testing an integration, or working with our engineers to solve a technical constraint.
We're looking for someone who is technically confident and enjoys understanding how systems work, but who is equally motivated by solving client problems and making technology work in the real world.
