• Lead and inspire a team of skilled technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment;
• Provide mentorship and support to team members, encouraging their continuous professional growth and development;
• Enhance the team’s expertise through regular device-specific training and coaching sessions;
• Plan, organize, and facilitate team meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment;
• Actively listen to and act on feedback from both the team and customers to drive improvements;
• Monitor and manage team performance, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize productivity and quality.

Technical details:

• Location: Debrecen, Vezér str. 39. (Tudáspark), 4032 - Hungary
• Working hours: 08:30 - 17:00
• Employment type: Full time, 40 hours/week

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) field and in team management
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to motivate others
