The Mission You’ll Lead
We’re looking for a Technical Writer who can turn complex fintech and engineering concepts into clear, precise, and engaging documentation. In this role, you’ll own the creation and consistency of all technical content - from API documentation and SDK guides to integration manuals and internal knowledge bases. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to make sure our documentation empowers developers, partners, and internal teams to move fast and build confidently.
The Hats You Will Wear
- Create documentation strategy and establish standards for clarity, structure, and tone across all technical content.
- Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation, product guides, and integration manuals for internal and external users.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate complex technical details into clear, user-friendly content.
- Review and edit content created by other contributors to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Build scalable content frameworks and style guides to maintain a unified voice across all technical documents.
- Work closely with developer relations and product teams to continuously improve documentation based on user feedback and release cycles.
- Manage and maintain documentation repositories, ensuring easy discoverability and version control.
- Mentor and guide junior writers or contributors, fostering a culture of excellence in communication and documentation.
The Perfect Fit
- 6+ years of experience in technical writing, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Proven experience writing API documentation, developer guides, or integration content - preferably in fintech, SaaS, or API-led products.
- Excellent command of written English, with strong editing and structuring skills.
- Proficiency with documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Markdown, and Confluence.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams in agile environments.
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows and version-controlled documentation is a plus.

- You’ve worked in fast-paced fintech or payments environments and understand the nuances of banking integrations, APIs, and financial workflows.
- You can decode how credit, payments, or card systems function - and communicate that with precision and clarity.
- You bring not just writing skills but contextual understanding of developer ecosystems, making your documentation intuitive, relevant, and impactful from day one.
