The actual location of this job is in Stein, Switzerland.

For our successful Drug Product (DP) focused branch located in Basel and Stein, Switzerland, we have exciting opportunities. What you will do:

Ensure all activities are performed according to current quality, regulatory and health and safety standards.

  • You lead technical transfer activities for sterile GMP drug product manufacturing projects

  • You manage drug product transfers from clinical development through first commercial launch

  • You define project scope, timelines, risks, and milestones, and track progress effectively

  • You lead process setup, scale-up, and implementation at GMP manufacturing sites

  • You prepare and maintain technical transfer and process implementation documentation

  • You drive GMP change management and handle deviations and CAPAs when required.

  • You support regulatory documentation, inspections, audits, and customer interactions.

What we are looking for:

  • Ph.D. or Master in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmaceutical engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields or similar qualification

  • Significant experience in biotech / pharma industry

  • Knowledge of technical issues and requirements for drug product technical transfers.

  • Know-how in aseptic product manufacture for protein drug products including lyophilization process highly desirable including knowledge on ADCs/highly potent drug product manufacturing.

  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills; proven ability as team player and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

  • Very good planning and organizing skills, including project management and risk management skills

  • Excellent communication skills and command of English both written and oral
