We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller cum Academic Counsellor to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective students, understand their academic goals, and guide them in selecting and enrolling in our various coaching programs, including CAT, CLAT, IPM, CUET, Judiciary and others. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in counseling students for these specific competitive exams and possess a genuine passion for helping students achieve academic success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students. The role involves providing accurate program information, assisting with the enrollment process, and supporting students throughout their journey. A background in education or a related field is preferred, along with a proven track record of meeting counseling or enrollment targets.
