Job Title: Telecaller

Organization: Dreamtime Learning Online School

Job Details:

• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Salary: ₹18,000 per month

Requirements:

• Immediate joiners only
• Laptop is mandatory
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
• Fluency in English and other regional languages preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective students and parents.
• Provide detailed information about the courses and offerings of Dreamtime Learning.
• Follow up with leads to ensure enrollment processes are smooth.
• Maintain accurate records of communication in the CRM system.
• Address queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Every day min 70 to 80 connected calls
