Job Title: Telecaller Location: Trichy Experience: Fresher to 2 Years Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our finance company. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining financial products, and converting leads into successful business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Explain financial products and services clearly to customers Generate leads and convert them into sales Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process execution Essential Qualifications Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Degree Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales Basic knowledge of finance products (preferred but not mandatory) Required Skills Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory, English preferred) Strong convincing and negotiation skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, calling tools) Ability to handle rejection and work under targets Positive attitude and willingness to learn
