Assistant – Baggage Services (Temporary Loaders) in Maldives. Our client, Trans Maldivian Airways Pvt Ltd, is seeking motivated candidates for a 9-month contract to support baggage services operations. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited. Key Responsibilities Load and unload passenger baggage and other authorized items safely. Transfer baggage between designated handling, loading, and unloading areas. Handle luggage carefully to minimize damage and ensure safe movement. Follow baggage handling procedures and workplace safety requirements. Assist the baggage services team in maintaining efficient ground operations. Coordinate with team members during baggage loading and unloading activities. Keep baggage handling and work areas orderly and free from avoidable hazards. Follow operational instructions from supervisors during assigned shifts. Required Skills Baggage Handling: Ability to handle and move passenger baggage safely. Loading & Unloading: Ability to perform routine manual loading and unloading work. Manual Material Handling: Understanding of safe lifting and carrying practices. Workplace Safety: Ability to follow operational and safety procedures. Team Coordination: Ability to work effectively with baggage and ground operations teams. Preferred Skills Previous exposure to airport, aviation, logistics, warehouse, or loading operations. Familiarity with safe manual handling practices.
