Test Analyst (INT)

We are looking for a Test Analyst to join a structured testing environment within a public-sector organization. You will work in a dedicated test team responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of business-critical applications through various testing levels. Requirements · Design and execute integration and system tests · Develop test scenarios based on requirements · Perform manual and automated testing · Identify and report defects · Collaborate with cross-functional teams · Document results and support release decisions · Contribute to improving testing processes Required Skills & Expertise Must Have · Strong experience in software testing (5+ years) · Knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies · Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks · Experience with Jenkins and SharePoint · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Dutch language proficiency (C2 level) Should Have · ISTQB certification · Experience with Jira, Confluence, SQL tools · Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, SoapUI · Understanding of business processes and user flows Soft Skills · Detail-oriented and quality-focused · Strong communication and collaboration · Proactive and structured working style · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines · Adaptable and eager to learn
