Test Analyst (UA)

We are looking for a Test Analyst (UAT) to support validation of applications from a business and user perspective. The role focuses on ensuring systems meet functional expectations and perform correctly across end-to-end processes. Requirements · Design and execute UAT and E2E test scenarios · Validate applications against business requirements · Identify and report defects · Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams · Support release validation and quality assurance · Contribute to improving testing processes Required Skills & Expertise Must Have · Experience in UAT and functional testing · Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies · Experience with testing tools and frameworks · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Dutch language proficiency (C2 level) Should Have · ISTQB certification · Experience with Jira, Confluence, and automation tools · Knowledge of Agile environments Soft Skills · Strong communication and stakeholder management · Detail-oriented and structured · Proactive and solution-oriented · Ability to work under pressure · Collaborative team player
