About this role
Job objective : This position is ideal for engineers with a related electronic / mechatronic career, their main responsibility will be support/sustain test equipment/software/hardware used in production floor, solving / coordinating failure analysis, working directly with production to increase productivity. Responsible of test equipment sustaining, designing / developing software / hardware, implementing and documenting qualifications such as repeatability studies (GR&R), Software Validation Reports (SV), Validation protocols (Test Method Validation, "TM") and testing procedures. Responsabilidades 1- Production support, keep running production lines 2- Development of test software and hardware for continuous improvement, based on the electrical test architecture used in Tijuana (GELT software and hardware) 3-Work in conjunction with other departments (Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Production and others) 4- Coordinate external suppliers such as machining workshops and procure everything necessary to build / integrate test equipment and fixtures 5- Validation of test equipment installation, to guarantee appropriate functionality 6- Create documentation for maintenance / replication and qualification according to the Tijuana quality system Requirements Electronic / Mechatronics Engineering +5years LabView experience +3 years English - Spoke/Written 80%
