The ideal candidate would have a background that includes probe and final test development of complex mixed signal circuits.

 SR (SRLVB) is an exciting group within TI looking to power products for datacentre applications and demonstrate the significant performance benefits of TI’s technologies . Now specifically, we are expanding our SR product portfolio to aggressively grow our share in a fast-growing market.

Accordingly, we are establishing a highly talented and aggressive team willing to take up tough challenges, drive innovation and build industry-best products for SR. This team has full product development responsibility from definition till releasing product to market. We also take pride in challenging norms on innovation & executing those innovative ideas into products with aggressive, customer-driven timelines.


Responsibilities include:

  • Work with design team to understand design specifications
  • Generate test plan, create test and char program, design ATE hardware interface boards
  • Debug characterizing silicon on ATE, correlate results with bench data
  • Analyze silicon results, supporting failure analysis tasks
  • Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debug and fix yield issues; optimize test time
  • Work with production team to release products to volume production
  • Test strategy definition and implementation for new DCDC converter products
  • ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) test hardware and software
  • Silicon qualification& characterization including qual hardware development
  • Comprehensive device debugging, design validation and failure analysis
  • Drive for robust and cost effective test solutions while being accountable for product quality
