We are looking for a Senior Supervisor of Engineering Services to join the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Discipline and work onsite at our Pelham, NH test facility. You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the site and facilities infrastructure that supports testing the world’s most advanced air defense radar systems.

What You Will Do

  • Perform and manage the completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual preventative maintenance tasks for infrastructure equipment across the test site

  • Respond to calls and work orders for all types of building and site issues requiring corrective maintenance

  • Maintain records of work performed, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs

  • Collaborate with team members and program personnel to coordinate maintenance and minimize disruptions

  • Management of contractors performing facilities maintenance and repairs onsite

  • Obtain quotes, submit purchase requests, and manage the scheduling of contractors for maintenance and repair work

  • Management of contractors working onsite including visit requests, safety briefings, and escorting as required

  • Provide front line leadership, tasking, and support for represented janitorial staff

  • This is a first-shift onsite position, you will have to respond to off-hours emergencies and have availability to support occasional weekend work

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of Industrial maintenance facilities, Manufacturing or Engineering experience

  • Experience with building electrical systems, HVAC maintenance, and domestic plumbing

  • Experience using ladders for inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting

  • Experience lifting heavy equipment and materials

  • Experience shoveling snow to maintain clearances around outdoor equipment

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with industrial electrical, HVAC systems, or similar equipment

  • Previous experience managing contractors in an industrial or manufacturing environment

  • Experience with building fire protections systems

  • Experience operating a forklift

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
