✅ Knowledge of AI Process Implementation
✅ Knowledge of CRM
✅ Knowledge of E-learning or Ed-Tech industry
✅ Excellent Communication Skills
✅ Ability to work under strict deadlines and implement tasks on urgency
Required Skills:
🔹 Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
🔹 Experience with Agile development methodologies.
🔹 Experience in Website and Mobile Testing on different platforms and browsers
🔹 Hands-on experience in CRM Tools
🔹 Ability to adapt and resolve the tasks under strict deadlines
🔹 Excellent communication skills
🔹 Knowledge of E-learning or Ed-Tech Industry
🔹 Knowledge of LMS, Chatbot, Telephony Tools
