Tolls and Fines Analyst

Location: Budapest (near Ferenc Liszt Airport)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30

• Training: On-site (up to 3 months)

• Post-training: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries about post-rental charges (tolls, fines);

• Maintain electronic records of fines and charges;

• Process charges on customer cards for fines and fees and maintain the relationship with the customer;

• Maintain the relationship with authorities related to fines: provide driver identification, respond to their requests (Both authorities: Austria and Hungary);

• Decide what fines we pay and what fines we contest;

• Communication with the financial department: provide situations with what we have to pay.

Requirements: 

• Proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented approach;

• Basic understanding of financial transactions and Visa/Mastercard regulations;

• Fluency in German and Hungarian (both written and spoken);

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities;

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel (experience with intermediate Excel functions is a plus);
