What You Can Expect:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing and submitting customs declarations for imports and exports.
Ensure compliance with all customs regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Work closely with senior customs declarants to review and process import/export paperwork.
Assist with the classification of goods according to customs tariff codes.
Liaise with government agencies, customs authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all customs documentation and communication.
Support the team in managing customs clearance for goods in a timely manner.
Stay updated on changes to customs laws, regulations, and international trade policies.
Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge of customs processes and regulations.

No previous experience required – full training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
