Are you a hands-on engineer looking to build a career in the automatic and industrial door industry? Whether you already have experience working with doors or have a background in service engineering, maintenance, installation, mechanical fitting or similar field-based engineering roles, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for a Trainee Door Engineer / Service Engineer to join our expert team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop specialist skills through structured training while working alongside experienced engineers for a global industry leader.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a hands-on engineering role, such as Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Fitter, Installation Engineer, Mechanical Technician or Multi-skilled Engineer.
  • Experience working with automatic or industrial doors is desirable but not essential.
  • A mechanical or electro-mechanical background with experience in fault finding, servicing, repairs or installations.
  • A willingness to learn and develop into a fully qualified Door Engineer through our training programme.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Full UK driving licence
