Job Summary:
We are seeking a Travel Consultant—Group Bookings to manage end-to-end domestic and international group travel operations. The role involves handling group air bookings, coordinating with airlines and suppliers, managing ticketing timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of series and group movements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of group ticketing processes, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings while maintaining accuracy and service excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle group travel inquiries from initial consultation to booking confirmation.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international group itineraries.
  • Negotiate and secure competitive rates with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and destination partners.
  • Prepare customized travel proposals, quotations, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, sightseeing, visas, and travel insurance.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely confirmations and smooth travel operations.
  • Manage group documentation, passenger lists, rooming lists, and payment schedules.
  • Monitor booking deadlines, ticketing, and operational timelines.
  • Resolve customer queries and handle changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and update CRM/booking systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and travel partners.
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in travel consulting, with a focus on group bookings.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel operations.
  • Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is preferred.
  • Experience with itinerary planning and supplier negotiations.
