Position Summary:
The Cash Lead / Treasury Manager will own day-to-day cash management activities across the shared services model, including cash positioning, payment execution support, bank portal administration, cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, related close support, and leadership of recurring cash calls. This role is critical to maintain visibility over daily liquidity, support timely and controlled disbursements, drive alignment on short-term funding needs and priorities, and strengthen audit readiness as the organization scales. The position partners closely with the CFO, VP of FP&A, Corporate Controller, AP and AR leads, plant accounting teams, and operational stakeholders across OKC and Dyersburg to ensure strong control execution, clear escalation of issues, and reliable cash reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the daily cash position, including visibility to available cash, expected inflows and outflows, and near-term liquidity needs.
- Coordinate payment execution activities within established approval workflows, ensuring all disbursements follow dual-approval and segregation-of-duties requirements.
- Administer bank portal access, user maintenance, and supporting documentation in coordination with management and IT, with a focus on least-privilege access and audit readiness.
- Prepare short-term cash forecasts and partner with AP, AR, HR and business stakeholders to understand timing of major receipts, disbursements, and operational cash needs.
- Lead recurring cash calls, coordinate discussion of near-term liquidity needs and payment priorities, and align stakeholders on funding requirements, timing considerations, and follow-up actions.
- Perform or coordinate timely bank reconciliations, investigate reconciling items, and drive aged exceptions to resolution with clear ownership and follow-up.
- Partner with the AP Lead, AR Lead, and plant accounting teams to improve cash application, payment timing, unapplied cash resolution, and overall subledger health.
- Support month-end close activities related to cash, including reconciliations, reporting, and escalation of unusual items or control issues.
- Monitor compliance with treasury-related controls, including payment approvals, bank account governance, and documentation standards for internal and external audit support.
- Identify process improvement opportunities that increase visibility, standardization, and discipline across cash management activities without weakening controls.
- Provide controlled backup support and participate in cross-training plans to strengthen continuity while maintaining clear role ownership and review responsibilities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, accounting, or a related finance role.
- Experience with bank portals, online payment platforms, and treasury-related workflows, including payment controls and user access administration.
- Strong understanding of cash flow, bank reconciliations, disbursement cycles, and the relationship between the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Working knowledge of internal controls, audit support expectations, and segregation-of-duties principles within a shared services or multi-site environment. Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to organize large data sets and produce accurate, actionable reporting. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to escalate issues clearly and work cross-functionally to resolve exceptions.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines, and operate eAectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in manufacturing, shared services, or a multi-entity environment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with the systems listed below is a plus: o Infor Cloud ERP systems and banking platforms used for cash activity, reconciliations, and reporting o Advanced Excel, including reconciliations, cash forecasting models, and reporting tools
- Experience working with bank reconciliations, payment files, and treasury reporting tools o Exposure to internal audit, SOX-style controls, or controlled shared services environments is a plus
