Your Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly analyze order plans, and double-check availability of stocks of materials, parts 
    and components (demand / capacity analyses). 
  • Arrange, schedule and prioritize sequences, quantities and target date based on DCC 
    (demand capacity checks). 
  • Determine daily work order sequence, and level weekly sequence planning on a daily 
    basis. 
  • Execute load balancing calculations, and cooperate with master planning for optimized 
    plans. 
  • Monitor deliveries as scheduled, and propose measures in case of deviation. 
  • Work daily with prototype leaders, engineers and technicians in order to effectively plan 
    and coordinate the manufacturing and assembly activities related to the prototype project
  • Create prototype orders, issue and receive inventory to orders and place purchase 
    requisitions
  • Coordinate and support the shipping of prototype parts which includes: 
    labeling, packaging, and submitting paperwork to the end customer
  • Maintain an up-to-date comprehensive order status summary for weekly business unit reviews
  • Support with prototype cost estimates for sales team
  • Support project managers with planning and scheduling of prototype needs in their projects

Your Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Associates degree highly preferred. 
  • 2+ years of demonstrated logistics/supply chain experience within automotive and/or an Industrial Industry is required.
  • Ability to understand engineering drawings/blue prints. 
  • Knowledge of ERP systems with SAP preferred.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge.
  • Excellent communication ability (written & verbal).
  • Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results.
  • Continuous improvement approach.
  • Assertive approach to solving problems.
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
