Your Key Responsibilities
- Regularly analyze order plans, and double-check availability of stocks of materials, parts
and components (demand / capacity analyses).
- Arrange, schedule and prioritize sequences, quantities and target date based on DCC
(demand capacity checks).
- Determine daily work order sequence, and level weekly sequence planning on a daily
basis.
- Execute load balancing calculations, and cooperate with master planning for optimized
plans.
- Monitor deliveries as scheduled, and propose measures in case of deviation.
- Work daily with prototype leaders, engineers and technicians in order to effectively plan
and coordinate the manufacturing and assembly activities related to the prototype project
- Create prototype orders, issue and receive inventory to orders and place purchase
requisitions
- Coordinate and support the shipping of prototype parts which includes:
labeling, packaging, and submitting paperwork to the end customer
- Maintain an up-to-date comprehensive order status summary for weekly business unit reviews
- Support with prototype cost estimates for sales team
- Support project managers with planning and scheduling of prototype needs in their projects
Your Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associates degree highly preferred.
- 2+ years of demonstrated logistics/supply chain experience within automotive and/or an Industrial Industry is required.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings/blue prints.
- Knowledge of ERP systems with SAP preferred.
- Strong MS Office knowledge.
- Excellent communication ability (written & verbal).
- Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results.

- Assertive approach to solving problems.
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
- Effective time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
