Twilio Solution Engineer

Position: Software Developer - Twilio Voice & Flex Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain applications utilizing Twilio's Voice and Flex products.

- Integrate Twilio services with existing business systems and workflows to enhance

communication capabilities.

- Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure solutions

meet client requirements and are delivered on time.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Twilio integrations.

- Keep up-to-date with Twilio product updates and new features to maximize the benefits of

the platform.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality

products.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related

field.

- Minimum of 3 years of software development experience, with a proven track record in

Twilio Voice and Flex integration.

- Strong understanding of Twilio API and experience building scalable applications.

- Proficient in programming languages relevant to the project (e.g., JavaScript/Node.js,

Python, PHP).

- Experience with front-end and back-end development.

- Knowledge of cloud services, web services, and APIs.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Desired Skills:

- Familiarity with other communication APIs and web technologies.

- Experience with agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of security best practices, especially related to communication platforms.

- Demonstrated ability to document development processes and coding best practices.
