About this role

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to join our creative team and contribute to impactful digital experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, sharpen design skills, and collaborate closely with developers and product teams.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

The candidate should possess the following core skills:
  • Basic to intermediate experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing web, mobile, or responsive design projects.
  • Good knowledge of Figma for wireframing, UI design, prototyping, and developer handoff.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software.
  • Strong experience in AI tools and prompt engineering.
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles:
    • Color Theory
    • Typography
    • Layout & Grid Systems
    • Spacing
    • Visual Hierarchy
  • Ability to create:
    • Wireframes
    • User Flows
    • High-Fidelity UI Screens
    • Interactive Prototypes
  • Basic understanding of responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Ability to follow existing design systems, UI guidelines, and brand standards.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills with developers and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn from design reviews and feedback.


Should-Have Skills

Preferred skills that will be considered an advantage:
  • Experience designing responsive web applications and mobile interfaces.
  • Basic knowledge of Design Systems, Components, Auto Layout, and Variables in Figma.
  • Understanding of UX fundamentals such as user journeys, usability, and accessibility.
  • Knowledge of Smart Animate, interactive prototypes, and simple UI animations.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS concepts to understand developer implementation.


Good to Have

Candidates with the following skills will have an added advantage:
  • Experience using AI design tools such as Figma AI, ChatGPT, or similar productivity tools.
  • Basic illustration or icon design skills.
  • Experience with Canva or similar tools for social media creatives and marketing assets.
  • Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
  • Understanding of developer handoff processes and collaboration with frontend teams.
  • Knowledge of version control and maintaining organized design files.
