About this role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Valuations Administrator to join our Dubai team. This role provides administrative support to the Valuations department, assisting with the preparation of reports, quotations, invoices, and day-to-day operations.

This opportunity is open to UAE Nationals (Emiratis) with a Family Book as part of our commitment to supporting Emiratization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of customer RFPs by collating and formatting documents.

  • Support the preparation, formatting and binding of valuation reports.

  • Proofread reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and correct spelling and grammar.

  • Prepare terms of engagement and valuation fee quotations.

  • Raise invoices and assist with daily billing requirements.

  • Update internal trackers and maintain accurate records of quotations and valuations.

  • Assist with cheque collections and issue receipts where required.

  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments.

  • Support month-end invoicing and update fee analysis logs.

  • Maintain valuation trackers and complete data entry accurately.

  • Coordinate property inspection appointments for valuers.

  • Provide general administrative support to the Valuations team and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Around 1–2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role.

  • Previous experience within real estate or professional services would be advantageous but is not essential.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Professional, reliable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
