About this role
As a VCIB Intern, Social Purpose Real Estate (SPRE), you will support the management and growth of Vancity Community Investment Bank’s commercial real estate portfolio. Working closely with the Social Purpose Real Estate team, you will gain hands-on experience in portfolio management, commercial lending, credit analysis, borrower monitoring, and climate reporting activities. This role provides exposure to social purpose real estate financing while helping support annual reviews, loan renewals, property inspections, and business reporting. We are looking for a curious, analytical, and results-oriented student with an interest in commercial real estate, finance, and social impact investing.
