Vendor Master Data Specialist (maternity cover)

Currently, we're looking for a Source to Procure Specialist (maternity cover) to join our Finance team in Sofia. In this hybrid role, you'll support key Source to Procure processes while collaborating with colleagues across our international organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Performs operations in the Source to Procure process area, such as management of vendor master data and purchasing documents, vendor due diligence, communication with vendors, support disputes and vendor return processing.
Ensures compliance, timely maintenance of vendor contract changes and purchase orders
Supports and promotes optimization and acceleration in the Source to Procure process area across Zentiva.
Takes part in automation and advanced technology implementations to ensure effective and efficient S2P operations.
Provides on-going functional advise and support in the Source to Procure process area.
Develops and maintains policies, guidelines and procedures on time and of high quality.
Implements and calculates key metrics, tracks and analyzes periodic performance with follow-up on improvement actions.
Coaches team members on delivering high-quality Source to Procure services, ensuring adherence to rules and deadlines.
Owns and maintains tools and systems in the S2P process area, supporting upgrades, retrofits and testing as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Master in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar.
English language - communicative level
5+ years of Finance functional experience
3+ years of progressive experience in source to procure operations
Ability prioritize tasks, be proactive and drive initiatives that meet expectations of big cross-functional, cross-border user groups.
Tech-savvy, capable of translating transactional data into clear summaries for management.
Knowledge of the legal acts in the field of accounting, tax and social security legislation, the main provisions of labor and civil legislation.
A performance-driven self-starter, confident and self-aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with ability to express ideas effectively through data or presentation.
An excellent team player able to operate in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment.
Good communication skills working in an international environment.
Experience with SAP, BW is an advantage.
Advanced skills in Excel (Power Query, Power Pivots) and tools for visualization (Power BI) is a strong advantage
Background in a B2B, manufacturing company.
