Vertical Head- Vehicle Loan

· Responsible for leading and managing the vehicle loan business, including strategy, sales, product development, operations, and compliance. · Define and implement business strategies for car loan growth. · Drive business growth by enhancing sales, marketing, and distribution strategies ·Drive customer acquisition through multiple channels, including digital platforms. · Build alliances with dealerships, OEMs, and finance partners to enhance sourcing. · Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and turnaround time. · Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing strategies. · Building Product Knowledge among the Sales Team. · Monitor performance of sales team and align the performance as per allotted budget. · Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams for efficient loan processing · Manage P&L, revenue targets, and cost efficiency. · Build and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team.
