Cimarron Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Medical Director (DVM/VMD) to lead our thriving, AAHA-accredited companion animal hospital in beautiful Tucson, Arizona.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a veterinarian who is passionate about small animal medicine, veterinary leadership, mentorship, hospital growth, and clinical excellence. As Medical Director, you'll help shape the future of our hospital while maintaining an active clinical role, mentoring veterinarians, supporting our talented nursing team, and driving exceptional patient care and client service.
Our hospital combines progressive medicine with a collaborative culture. Equipped with modern technology—including digital radiography, K-Laser therapy, advanced surgical monitoring, AI-assisted medical records, and comprehensive diagnostic capabilities—we empower our doctors to practice high-quality veterinary medicine while continuing to grow professionally.

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location. You will be provided more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location.
