In your day-to-day, you will:
Deliver exceptional training and development to all support staff members,
Spearhead new staff training as well as play a large role in development and implemation.
Support your team by communicating effectively, jumping in where needed, and helping create a positive work environment.

Maintain high standards of patient care by following hospital protocols, safety procedures, and best practices.

What You Bring:
Certified Veterinary Technician in the state of Arizona
Experience in training of veterinary staff for at least 1 year
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with clients and their pets
Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology
Education, training, or experience in the veterinary field
A collaborative mindset and commitment to providing exceptional training to team members
Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment
