Pariveda is seeking a Vice President, Consulting – Alliances & Business Development for our Dallas office. In this role, you will serve first and foremost as an alliance-led business development leader, creating sourced, influenced, and partner-enabled pipeline through partner ecosystems. Working through AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Anthropic, and similar cloud, data, and AI partners, you will open doors, shape opportunities, and expand strategic accounts. You will also selectively own and grow client relationships and lead or sponsor high-impact technology and business transformation engagements that reinforce business development.

You Can Expect To:

As a member of the Dallas leadership team, you will play an integral role in growing our Dallas office and advancing Pariveda’s cloud, data, and AI strategy through partner ecosystems. Your primary focus is alliance-led sales and business development, supported by selective account expansion and delivery leadership. You can expect to:

  • Create sourced, influenced, and partner-enabled pipeline through partner ecosystems by building and growing opportunities with AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Anthropic, and similar partners, serving as a co-selling force multiplier with partner sales teams and Pariveda account teams.

  • Lead partner-led motions including co-sell plays, joint account planning, solution packaging, partner field enablement, and field-level relationship orchestration that generate new logos and expansion in target industries.

  • Develop and selectively own strategic accounts where alliance-led opportunities can create material growth, while partnering with existing account teams to expand current clients through partner-enabled solutions.

  • Shape and execute Dallas’s go-to-market strategy for cloud, data, AI, and platform modernization in close partnership with the Alliances & Partnerships team, industry leaders, and business unit leadership. In the first 12 months, prioritize the partner ecosystems with the highest Dallas growth leverage while maintaining optionality across the broader cloud, data, and AI landscape.

  • Use partner programs, funding, and marketplaces to reduce client buying friction, accelerate deals, de-risk client investments, and improve win rates and margins.

  • Diagnose complex business and technology problems, uncover unknown and unmet client needs, and design joint value propositions that align Pariveda offerings with partner capabilities and executive-level business outcomes.

  • Lead or sponsor high-impact engagements from estimation through delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes across strategy, architecture, delivery, and change enablement while building the alliance engine and transitioning delivery leadership where appropriate.

  • Partner with the Alliances & Partnerships organization to mature key relationships from Enabled to Strategic, using the building blocks of executive alignment, relationship orchestration, co-build, co-market, co-sell, training and certifications, and partner operations.

  • Mentor and grow Principals, senior managers, and future account and alliance leaders by providing clear expectations, development goals, regular feedback, and sponsorship for advancement, while also helping grow the next generation of alliance-focused architects.

  • Build and maintain a strong network across partner field leaders, partner development managers, solution architects, alliance leaders, and Dallas client executives.

  • Actively engage and represent our culture through continuous learning, personal and professional development, community service, and team building.

  • Operate within a hybrid model, with time both in the office and at home, and offers clearly defined expectations, mentorship, and opportunities for increased responsibility and impact.

We Look For:

The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:

  • 10+ years of technology consulting experience leading consultative sales and delivery across IT strategy, custom development, cloud migrations, data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, and platform modernization.

  • Strong track record of new client development and closing multi-phase cloud, data, and AI transformation engagements.

  • Significant recent experience in major cloud, data, and AI partner ecosystems, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Anthropic, or similar, with demonstrated success building partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, leading joint account planning, using marketplace and co-sell mechanisms, and creating partner-packaged solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with partner field sellers, solution architects, partner development managers, and alliance leaders, and translate that credibility into sourced and influenced pipeline.

  • A well-established network of client and partner relationships in the Dallas market, with the executive presence to build trust with C-level client executives and partner leaders.

  • Experience leading complex client engagements involving multiple teams, partner organizations, and vendors, including project planning, execution, risk management, and resource management.

  • Strong fluency across the software development life cycle, modern cloud-native architectures, data platforms, and AI/ML delivery patterns.

  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills, with a methodical, servant-leader approach to developing people and delivering results.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or comparable experience.

  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Transparent and Equitable Salary. The base salary range for this role is $302,200 – $324,900, annually. This range reflects base salary only. Pariveda offers quarterly profit sharing based on company performance. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance.
