About this role

Job title in the contract: Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting

 

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Fund Change Team to join our Fund Change team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland.

 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Leads and supports strategic, regulatory, and business-driven change initiatives across fund onboarding processes and related operating models.
  • Partners with onboarding, operations, technology, product, and control teams to define business requirements and support implementation of change impacting fund setup, account opening, client delivery, and operational readiness.
  • Helps drive improvements to the fund onboarding framework to increase efficiency, transparency, control, and client experience.
  • Supports updates to procedures, checklists, governance materials, and training documentation to enable successful adoption of process changes.
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding changes are implemented in line with service expectations, control requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Respond to Data update requests as they arise in a timely and accurate manner.

     

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Significant experience in financial services, with strong exposure to fund onboarding, fund servicing, client onboarding, 
  • Strong understanding of onboarding lifecycle activities, stakeholder dependencies, and operational handoffs.
  • Experience in project coordination, change delivery, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables across a fast-paced and complex environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in Accounting and Dissemination applications, Invest One, Command Console and Fission.

    Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience supporting onboarding transformation, process redesign, or platform migration initiatives.
  • Familiarity with fund launches, client implementations, account opening, documentation workflows, or operational readiness activities.
  • Understanding of risk and control considerations within onboarding and change environments.
