At Solvei8, we believe our biggest competitive advantage is the knowledge within our founders, product teams, customers, and industry experts. Your role is to transform that expertise into a scalable video content engine that educates the market, builds authority, and drives demand.
This is not a traditional video editing role. We're looking for someone who can own the complete video content lifecycle—from planning and production to optimization and repurposing—creating content that performs across YouTube, LinkedIn, podcasts, and other digital channels.
What You'll Own
Build
● Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality founder-led, product, customer, and thought leadership content.
● Shape scripts, storylines, and content formats to create engaging, audience-first videos.
Scale
● Turn every long-form recording into multiple high-quality content assets across YouTube, LinkedIn, podcasts, Shorts, and other digital platforms.
● Maximize the value of every content shoot through effective repurposing and content optimization.
Improve
● Continuously improve content quality, storytelling, and production workflows using audience insights, platform best practices, and AI-powered tools.
● Stay ahead of evolving content formats and recommend new ways to increase reach and engagement.
Who You Are
● 5–6 years of experience in video production and content creation, with a strong portfolio of long-form and short-form content.
● Think like a content producer, not just a video editor.
● Naturally curious—you enjoy understanding complex ideas and transforming them into simple, engaging stories.
● Strong editorial judgment with the ability to identify compelling narratives, shape content flow, and make thoughtful editing decisions.
● Experienced in professional video production, editing, and content optimization across digital platforms.
● Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve research, editing, repurposing, and production efficiency.
