Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct inbound calls professionally on behalf of UK clients
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Handle email correspondence and respond to client enquiries promptly
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems daily
- Provide administrative support to management teams
- Greet virtual visitors and manage front-of-house communication remotely
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in reception, administration or customer-facing roles
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and VoIP phone systems
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and quiet environment
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
