Assistant Manager / Manager – Demand Planning Analytics & Automation (Fashion Retail)

Key Responsibilities

Demand forecasting using historical sales, seasonality, promotions, and trends.

Manage AOP, OTB, seasonal planning, range planning, and inventory planning.

Perform SKU/category-level demand analysis and inventory optimization.

Build dashboards and automate reports using Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, and Excel.

Track planning KPIs like Forecast Accuracy, Sell-through, GMROI, Stock Cover, Inventory Days, Markdown %, Fill Rate, Lost Sales, and OTB.

Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Store Operations teams.
Mandatory Skills

4–8 years in Fashion/Apparel Retail Planning.

Hands-on experience in Demand Forecasting, AOP, OTB, Seasonal Planning, Range Planning, and Inventory Management.

Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, and Advanced Excel.

Experience with automation projects and dashboard development.

ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
