Como Visitador/a Médico, reportando al Gerente de Distrito, será responsable de implementar las estrategias establecidas por Expert Sales para las marcas definidas en la línea de alivio del dolor, generando planes de acción y relaciones con stakeholders alineados con prácticas y políticas según el código de promoción de HALEON, para lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos corporativos.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Registrar correctamente en el sistema la planeación, reporte de visitas/eventos, entrega de muestras y aplicación de encuestas. Garantizar la administración óptima de las muestras médicas, en cumplimiento con el SOP de muestras.
- Interactuar con sus clientes internos (KAM, comercial, Marketing y demás áreas de apoyo) permanentemente con el fin de hacer revisiones de negocio y definir planes de acción enfocados al cumplimiento de los objetivos, para lo cual se requiere la generación constante de informes en diferentes herramientas (Word, Excel y Power point) y la utilización de los SharePoint de la compañía y diferentes herramientas como Power BI.
- Validar permanentemente el panel médico, teniendo actualizado el panel objetivo, CloseUp, los datos de los HCPs/HCOs y cumplir el proceso de altas y bajas de acuerdo con el proceso establecido, realizando seguimientos a través de los diferentes reportes habilitados en la herramienta Veeva, generando tablas dinámicas.
- Generar rotación en puntos de venta, a través de la implementación de programas de promoción de las marcas HALEON en cada ciclo promocional.
- Análisis de resultados comerciales, revisión de estrategias, ejecución del presupuesto promocional, utilización de las diferentes herramientas tecnológicas para su seguimiento.

Tus calificaciones requeridas:
Formación: Graduado Universitario en carreras como Administración de Empresas, Marketing o carreras afines.
Experiencia previa en roles similares mínima de un año en temas relacionados con promoción médica y/o temas relacionados con áreas de la salud, servicio al cliente o promoción/ gestión comercial.
Inglés: Nivel Básico.
Paquete Office: Nivel Básico.
Contar con licencia de conducir vigente y vehículo propio como herramienta de trabajo.
Residir en zonas aledañas a las ciudades Montería, Cordoba o Sincelejo, Sucre, Colombia y contar con disponibilidad para trabajar full time realizando visitas diarias a los profesionales en las zonas asignadas.
Será un plus:
Experiencia previa en visitas pediátricas.
