VP Bus Development & Physician Strategy

Ensures positive relationships with physicians to maintain physician engagement and loyalty across the organization.  Develops and implements recruitment strategies as well as strategies to increase business to the organization.  Plans and directs the hospital-wide marketing and community outreach initiatives.  Responsible for the oversight and compliance of the Medical Affairs Department
