About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Vice President – Program Management to lead our Enterprise PMO yeam. This is a leadership role responsible for driving successful enterprise implementations, establishing world-class delivery processes, scaling delivery operations, and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering complex enterprise SaaS implementations, leading large cross-functional teams, building scalable PMO frameworks, and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership. The candidate should have excellent client management and communication skills.
This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence and requires someone who can build systems that scale while ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery for enterprise customers.
What You'll D
Enterprise Delivery Leadership
- Own the end-to-end enterprise implementation and delivery function.
- Lead multiple strategic and complex enterprise implementation programs simultaneously.
- Drive predictable project execution across timelines, scope, quality, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure successful delivery of large-scale SaaS implementations involving integrations, SSO, APIs, data migrations, and enterprise security requirements.
- Act as executive sponsor for key customer implementations and strategic accounts.
- Own delivery-linked commercial outcomes — ensuring implementation milestones convert to billing and revenue realization on schedule, and delivery margins stay healthy
PMO Strategy & Governance
- Build, lead, and continuously evolve the Enterprise PMO.
- Define standardized delivery methodologies, governance models, project lifecycle frameworks, and implementation playbooks.
- Establish delivery metrics, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and executive governance reviews.
- Create scalable project management standards, documentation, templates, and best practices.
- Drive operational rigor through risk management, dependency tracking, change management, and escalation mechanisms.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Program Management and Delivery Team.
- Drive talent development, performance management, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Cross-functional & Executive Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure seamless execution.
- Build strong relationships with customer executives, lead governance reviews, and effectively manage escalations.
Operational Excellence
- Drive process improvements across delivery operations, including resource planning, capacity management, forecasting, and delivery governance, to enable scalable growth and improved business outcomes.
What We're Lookig For
- 12+ years of experience in Program Management, Professional Services, or Enterprise Delivery.
- 6+ years leading large customer delivery organizations.
- Experience leading Enterprise PMOs within a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record delivering large, complex enterprise SaaS implementations.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar implementation portfolios.
- Experience building PMO organizations from the ground up.
- Experience working with global enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycles, APIs, integrations, SSO, cloud technologies, and enterprise software deployments.
- Experience in loyalty, fintech, rewards, or adjacent SaaS domains is a plus
