Job Description:
- Work harmoniously with colleagues across the resort to ensure smooth service and consistent guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all NH Collection standards, operational procedures, and grooming guidelines at all times.
- Maintain high product knowledge across all menus, beverage offerings, and resort facilities to confidently promote and upsell experiences.
- Deliver service with precision, attention to detail, and intuitive anticipation of guest needs, reflecting the resort’s premium positioning.
- Ensure setup, cleanliness, and readiness of assigned stations are maintained throughout the shift according to NH Collection brand standards.
- Accurately operate and handle Point of Sale systems following established cash handling procedures.
- Ensure all service equipment is carefully handled and maintained.
- Follow resort and brand safety, hygiene, and food handling policies to ensure a safe workplace.
- Respect guest privacy and security at all times, particularly in in-villa service situations.
- Attend and actively participate in all training sessions, pre-service briefings, and professional development programs.
- Support other outlets and colleagues where necessary to ensure consistent guest satisfaction throughout the resort.
